Getting this error often when I launch Action

It says this whenever I launch Action! or often it does:

Action! has stopped working

Windows can check online for a solution the probelm

Check online for a solution and close the program (This is what I always click).

Close the program

I don't know why this keeps coming up... I feel like the software is unstable and whenever I record, I trust the program less every time I record and that it will crash mid recording or I will get an error that it would fail to open the input file... Are there any fixes in the works for this?
