Automatically Closes, Restarts, and Repeat

Every time I try to open Action! it starts up, opens, then closes, restarts, opens up, closes, etc
It never says open it is constantly ending its own process and restarting. Endlessly. This is annoying.
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit is my OS.
It just recently started doing this after the newest windows 10 update.
