Video speeds up using Active Screen

I'm using the Active Screen option to record some games because the Games and Apps option won't record one of the games I'm trying to get footage of. Anyways, the Active Screen option is bugged but I don't know if it's just me or if other people are having the same issue. For some odd reason, whenever I place the video I recorded into my editing software the video speeds up. And it's just the video, the audio is fine. But when the video speeds up, the audio lags behind because of this issue. Is there a way to fix this?
