Action! crash when I open it

When I try to open Action! Windows show me a error message: http://prntscr.com/fgitww
I basically can't do nothing, it just keeps loading and then crash. I have already tried uninstalling and installing again, restarting the computes and open it as administrator.
I have also removed the old videos recorded with Action, all of them.
This started happening to me 4 or 5 days ago.
What I can do?
