Hello,

I'm contacting you through the forum as I haven't got any reply from you concerning my license retrieval request.
I have lost my licenses saved in my computer right after creating a new admin user on my computer.
When I restarted my computer, I had an error message, and I was told that I have to reinstall the programs.
After that, I noticed that my licenses were forgotten and that I had to enter them again. Unfortunately, all of my data related to my serial number was delete...

Please reply me asap as I need my license in order to use the two programs I bought from you.

If I don't get reply I will have to request a refund through PayPal which I don't want to as I really like your program.

It's sad you don't have a system that allow us to retrieve our lost license information by filling our email address (used in order to buy your product) in a web form and receive the license information by email a few seconds later. Many company allow it. This would save time for both of us.

Please reply me as soon as possible...
