Bug In the new Update

In the update 1.28.0 , there is a bug in Action when i select active screen, my screen starts flashing and close my session on winows, but when i am in gamen and aplications i dont have a problem.
Can You please fix this bug, i have Windows 10 and a Video Card NVidia GTX 560 PNY .
