Mrillis Action doesn't work

1. First, when I clicked on the "Action" icon for the box to pop up, nothing happens, no matter how many times I clicked on it.
2. I then uninstalled and then reinstalled the program(Action) three times since the same problem happened every single time.
3. Now, the fourth time I have run into a different problem, when I click "Next" on my path to reinstalling Mrillis Action, an error box pops up that reads
"Error opening file for writing
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mirillis\Action!/Action.exe"
Why I am having these problems?
Information:
OS: Windows 8
Video Card: Intel(R) Celeron(R) 1.86GHz 1.86GHz
Memory: 4 GB( 3.87 usable)
Monitor Resolution: 1366x768
