Can't Activate Mirillis (Action!) using my name and serial.

I recently uninstalled Mirillis Action, a product I've had for over a year, due to an inability to record games. I know now that it was a problem with hotkeys, but I found that out after I uninstalled it. So I reinstalled the trial version, thinking I would insert my name and serial number and activate the premium version. Well, I was wrong. I put in my name and my serial number, but the "Activate" button didn't become clickable. I made sure that it was the correct serial number before I uninstalled Action, so I don't think it's that. Unfortunately, I deleted my activation email when I first bought Action, so I have no way of checking. I'm frustrated right now; I'd like to be able to use Action again without buying another license.

Any suggestions?

Contact support team via support@mirillis.com. They will resend your activation message.

Thanks very much. Support team sent me a copy of the email I received upon purchase. I'll make sure not to delete this one!
