Cannot Import on Vegas

Hi,
Since I accidently delete Vegas and reinstall it I cannot import my videos from Action!, Vegas show this message : "An error occurred while opening a codec".
I have probably delete somethings that created this error.
I've tried to download FICV codec, reinstall,... but nothing happens. I'm blocked with that since lot of weeks now and this is problematic :/.
I have the same version of Vegas as it work and the last version of Action.
I'm not English so sorry for mistakes.
