Hello, i'm having an issue with the player. In some videos, it plays fine, but others, it only plays the sound. And when I check the info, it says there's no video type. I don't think there's a problem with the video because i tried to play it with WMP and it works just fine. Here's a screenshot http://i.imgur.com/LmQwnMx.png?1 Thank you in advance =)

Post MediaInfo report of your file. To do this download (it's free) MediaInfo from here: http://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo. Once you have installed MediaInfo please go to your file location and right-click on it. Select MediaInfo. A new Windows with basic information should pop-up. Below you can find more information. Click the button and select "Tree" option. Advanced information will be displayed. Please export the report or simply create a screenshot of your Tree view.

Oh and when i said it worked when i used WMP, i was referring to another video with an .mp4 format that also couldn't be played with Splash.

EssenceMist - possibly you have more than one video stream there .
Right click within Splash , once you're playing your video , and you'll see entry "Video Track" .
If as said above , select a different track .

Nope, "Video track" entry is transparent, it has no more options.
