PC Specification: Win 10 64bit, i7 5820K, GTX980 16GB DDR4

Splash crash

Hi support team, over the past 2 days Splash Pro EX has been crashing 4 - 5 mins into an MKV, send data to MS then I have to close it down, I have this error in the Windows Logs, Application:

Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Mirillis\Splash PRO EX\SplashProEx.exe

Windows 8.1 64bit, i7 5820, 16GB DDR4 RAM, Samsung Evo SSD, and an Nvidia GTX 980.

Please help.

I take it now that this software is no longer being developed, does that mean technical support has also stopped?

You are still selling it, but yet you don't support it? Is this legal?
