2560x1440P AVI Files?

I recorded some gameplay footage using Mirillis Action. It was recorded using AVI at 1440P. I convert it using Splash EX Pro, Auto profile so its 1440P yet when its converted its changed the file to 1080P. Why? Is there anyway around this?? I want full 1440P quality!!
