Would you provide more information about the video file?
What about the CPU usage and each cores?

its from an untouched blue-ray encoded to mkv container, 10880p at around 19gig for the entire movie, and another problem is its no audio when bitstreaming truehd, so i cant watch the movie as it only supports truehd

Dandyqb - this movie should be playing no problems by you with motion etc.
I've had this sort of thing when the mkv was not encoded properly .
Try the same movie with the original .m2ts - it should be OK .

Dandyqb - anything is possible .
Try this , and see if it helps .
You can always just try another mkv movie too - just make sure , it was encoded well .

Ok, I tested different high quality 1080i samples.
results is a no go for thoose two beneath here:
AMD A-Series A8-3850
Socket- FM1, Quad Core, 2.9Ghz, 100W, 4MB, Radeon HD6550D, GPU = 600MHz
AMD RADEON HD6450
Both of theese cards showed some bottlenecks (stuttering) with everything on in Splash (motion2 max, best quality etc.)
Results is a go with this card beneath here:
AMD RADEON HD6570
This card handle everything perfectly without stuttering
