Прохання до розробника: Добавити функцію виключення комп'ютера після закінчення фільму!
(Request to developers: Add a shutdown function after the end of the movie!)

10 bits are working perfectly fine for me. Try installing a universal codec package such as K-Lite Codec pack:
http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-li ... k_mega.htm

I'm fairly sure Splashs behaviour is:
1. Try to play with Mirillis codecs, if fail:
2. Use systems codecs.

Splash only uses system codecs for s/w decoding of MPEG-4 ASP (divx/xvid).

So... Please post proof of "working perfectly": screenshot from Splash + MediaInfo.

P.s. K-lite is garbadge. Especially "mega". If you want decoder for 10-bit video LAV Video is enough.

Whoa do I have issues!

First, I had a home-built Intel PC with a GT 430 card, where the CPU and M/B fried, so I built an AMD FX-6100 PC, and used the GT 430 for a few weeks. Then, the GT 430 card died as well, like the old PC. It just took weeks longer. Splash Pro EX worked then.

After that, I replaced the dead GT430 with a GT 520 card, and then just weeks later had more hardware issues. The new card mounted the HDMI cord so close to the rails that it would occasionally short out (lose audio).

On a Splash Pro EX audio issue (I’d lose audio often) I could lift the cable in its card jack, and shift it and sometimes make it work. Yesterday, the HDMI jack on the GT 520 would no longer hold an HDMI cable. I thought audio skips and severe off-synch audio, were caused by the hardware errors.

I bought and installed a new HD Radeon 6570 2GB DDR5 card, I use HDMI out to a 7.1 AVR, and the AVR feeds the TV by one HDMI cable (just as I did with the GT 430 and GT 520). The TV image looks much better with the Radeon card, than it ever did using an nVidia card.

Yet, Splash Pro EX audio is so off, even lip-sych cannot fix it. The loss of audio also sometimes occur.

Today, I tied using my Blu Ray software to play files Splash Pro Ex errors on with loss of audio and off-synch audio. So, now I am certain the issue is Splash Pro EX’s install has been corrupted because PowerDVD 12 Ultra plays the “bad” files back just fine. I have even just reinstalled Splash Pro EX from 1.12.0, updated and still the issues remain.

Can you help please? In the meantime, I have set PowerDVD 12 Ultra to play files by default, but I like Splash Pro EX better. I'd much rather use Splash Pro EX as my default player, but now the audio is so off when I use it!

EDIT: I may have fixed the above. I unchecked Use Hardware Acceleration (ATI Avivo) as my HD Radeaon 6570 2G card may not have it. Now, why can't this card upscale 1080i to 1080p without jitter when it can scale much higher than 1920 x 1080?

Next issue, but not a big deal. Many files I have have chapters, but the Splash Pro EX chapter function does not come on.

How do I turn on the Chapter function? I cannot see or access the file's chapters.
