Splash Pro no longer motion2 accelerating 720p .ts files

I currently have Splash Pro Ex 1.11.0 installed. The problem I am having is I cannot seem to get splash pro ex to motion2 accelerate 720p .ts files that I recorded off my Tv tuner card. I know you cannot do that to 1080i video because motion2 accelerating interlaced video messes up the picture. But 720p is not interlaced and in previous versions, I used to be able to motion2 accelerate progressive video recorded off my tv tuner card in the .ts format. When I play 720p or 1080p .mkv files, the acceleration works fine. How can I get splash to use motion2 in 720p .ts files like it used to before in previous versions?

Isn't that 720p you are trying 60p?

The frame rate displays 59.9 in the 720p .ts video. However the M icon that usually shows up when motion 2 is enabled does not show up when playing 720p .ts files. Also the video does not look smoother even though it still says the frame rate is 59.9.

It could be broadcasting issue. They didn't use exact 60p and used 30p * 2, repeating each frame twice to make 60p.
So you can't do anything without re-encoding or using a 120p Motion2

Motion2 upconverts framerate up to 60p. This file is already 60p so Motion2 skipps working.
