My Splash PRO EX 13 doesn't export Sony or Canon HD files

Sat Sep 22, 2012 1:02 am

I just bought it and wanted to export few files to a more compact format. It doesn't export video, just the sound. MP4 file is created but contains only sound. Situation repeat's itself with any configuration of file and output format.

Info on the files I couldn't export. I work on fully loaded Dell M4400 with CUDA drivers. (video runs ok, it's just the export I have issues with)
