problem with subtitle

I have a problem when I load subtitles, the subtitle appears to be like this。

my os is win8rp 64bit
anybody knows how to solve this?

I don't think this is the subtitles problem, all my subtitles have the same problem playing with this player, but it's ok with other player.

Yes, but to find out why is this happening we need to reproduce your problem in our lab. That's why we need a subtitles file.
