Splash Pro EX 1.12.2 no Dolby TrueHD support?

Sat May 05, 2012 3:32 pm

i tried playing my remux movies with Dolby TrueHD but there was no audio coming out from the speaker but when i played a remux movies with DTS HD-MA it works perfectly....but when tried using the VLC 2.0.1 there was audio out using Dolby TrueHD movies....i think Splash Pro is lacking support for TrueHD.....

i think the reason why DTS MA-HD is working with Splash Pro is that it has a DTS Core...i bet Splash doesn't even support the native DTS MA....

now i know why there is no audio when i played Dolby TrueHD movies....it doesn't have a Core audio like DTS MA-HD...

i tried even installing LAV filters but no audio i guess Mirillis do not support third party decoder...but using VLC TrueHD played flawlessly....come on Mirillis, we know you can do it. ;)

after re-encoding my remux video with TrueHD audio to just with AC3 audio no more audio out issue... i hope Mirillis resolve this issue or try to integrate with third party decoder like LAV filter...

It would be better to use search before making new topic.
There're many posts about it.
