Hi gabimx,

1. do you have problem with all files or just the one?
2. does the audio and video plays normally in the problematic file?
3. have you tried to update graphic card drivers?

If all files work wrorng it is rather related to hardware configuration.

Subtitles definitely need work.

I mentioned this in another thread, but I truly hope more subtitle improvements are on the way. :)
Loving this program so much, but the subtitles need work. My current issues (beefs) are below:

1. Embedded subtitles for files don't autoload, especially for Japanese anime fan-subs.
2. Subtitles often end up garbled. Simultaneous subs (meant for different sections of screen) just mash together.
3. More support for different sub formats would be so nice.
4. Subs often don't stay on the screen long enough (timers are off).

It's such a great product. Worth every penny. If you can get the subtitles fixed, I can ditch MediaPlayer HomeCinema for real. As it stands, I need to use that for a lot of my Japanese anime.
