Splash Pro and Windows 10, issues with .avi

Mon Nov 23, 2015 9:25 am

Hi!
I just installed Windows 10 in my laptop and then installed Splash Pro. I can play mkv and mp4 files with no problems and with all the features on (motion, detail boost and light boost), but when I try to play an .avi file I can't modify this settings, they seem disabled. Is that maybe that I miss some files? (directX or something?). Anyone knows what is happening, or has any problem playing this kind of files with Windows 10? When I had Windows 8 I had no issue whatsoever with any file. Thanks in advance! ;)

Could you post a MediaInfo report of your AVI file?

Finally I get my computer back to Windows 7, I had a bad experience with W10, so no problem whatsoever now...
