Been using Splash Pro as one of two main video players for more than 5 years (mainly because of its frame interpolation). Still haven't found a player that can top Splash Pro when it comes to interpolation.

Could I ask for one feature request and that is allowing user to scale CPU usage. ATM, Splash Pro rarely goes above 50%.

I told you it's not going to happen.

To whom it may concern (i.e. to fanboys who still believe that they will receive Splash 2.0),
you should come to terms with the fact that Mirillis doesn't give a shit neither about customers, nor about their promises.

What exactly do you need from the upcoming 2.x version? Please enlighten me. You feel so entitled to updates that you must bitch on the forums, ehh?

Chill out it's just a computer program that works great, it doesn't crash, it's stable, so what there is no new update.

Firstly, it can't hold a candle to SmoothVideo Project. Secondly, it doesn't play anything above 1080p.

I would like to have 4K UHD playback so I don't have to use MPC-BE for that.

So, it is the very last day of 2015, Ghost and team, please surprise us

Although on Facebook, at exactly midnight my timezone on the 31st of December
You are probably wondering when the new Splash 2.0 will be available. Splash 2.0 is now under testing phase so the hard part is behind us. New form of Splash will require major changes in the system activation and user serial number management. We need several more days so all users can enjoy the new Splash 2.0 at its fullest.
Splash 2.0 will combine all the Splash Lite, Splash PRO and Splash PRO EX features. Splash 2.0 will be free for all users, but some of the premium features will require upgrade to premium version after 30 days.
Upgrade to Splash 2.0 with premium features will be free for all Splash PRO and PRO EX users. However Splash PRO users will have to request their Access Key to Splash 2.0 through a dedicated form on our website. Request form will be avaiable before Splash 2.0 release.
Splash PRO EX users will be able to activate their Splash 2.0 Premium features with their current Splash PRO EX serial number.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
I am cautiously optimistic, a public beta would certainly ease my worries

It's 2016 now. Better update that title to reflect your lies about release date.

I'll tell you what I want, and it's been over 2+ years since waiting: 10-bit playback! We've been pleading for this and NOTHING. That's not good user support.

Now, I checked the facebook page, and 2.x *STILL* has no 10-bit after ALL THAT TIME! I've given up splash as my primary player and now am using potplayer since it's supported better.
