Hello everyone, i have the 1.13.2.0 version of the splash pro EX, the reproductor goes amazing, but i ahve problem with MKV subtitles, for example: it doesn't come with the original subtitles colors, but it do like an "auto-rendering" subtitles and can't se the colors, just everything withe. But is okay my main problem is when the subtitle is showing up, it shows them like: Defaulf,,,0,,subb, *and then the subtitle" is not a video problem or the subtitles itself, because i have tested it in other video player like VLC and the subtitles goes pretty good, but i like the splash pro quality... or at least name some other players with splash pro quality.

PS: do i need to download any codec or something like that? because i don't so.

Could you uploade the subtitle file and post it here?

Hi, im having this problem with my Splash, the subtitle is not shown the way it's supposed to be. The color is not there, and there's that 'default...' thing before the actual subtitle. This is a included subtitle in a MKV file.

Please help, thank you.

Looks like an unsupported file format.

Still same after many years. Rarely used this player after purchase because of this.
