Splash Pro has stopped working

Hi, I'm checking out the trial of Splash Pro 1.13.2. I like the program except for one big problem. When I play my .avi videos they play fine until I click "next" or when I try to advance the time slider. When I do either of those things the "Splash Pro has stopped working" window comes up. I have several of these videos and this happens on every one. I have attached a MediaInfo file. I really would like to buy this program, but not if this keeps happening. Thank You, Steve.

It's because MP3 audio stream, it's a known issue, but our team was not able to reproduce this issue in our lab. Please post your DxDiag report and I will forward it further. Maybe it will help.
