Several Problems

Hi.I am sorry because of language.Splash Pro sometimes not running hd wmv videos(video is running but no image on screen) and sometimes program not responding and crash.Also when I use on the video overlay mode subtitles not working.I hope next version is more stable and brings better performance.

Could you check what's your video stream type in your wmv container?

I checked it and ASF stream type is making issue.

Is it possible that you could send a sample file to our support team? Maybe they will be able to reproduce your problem. My WMV plays okay.

Sorry I don't send any file to you because I don't have any file on my pc also this wmv problem has occured several times so far just everything is going fine but now there is an active problem and this is on the video overlay mode subtitles not working at any video formats.thanks for your interest.
