Would be nice to have FLV & FLAC natively supported with your player, thus eliminating the need for WMP or any other third party player for that matter.

Splash Pro plays FLAC on my computer.

EDIT: Yup, it don't play FLV. For FLAC try to update codecs.

Splash players are designed for HD experience while FLV format provides mostly poor video quality files. Future Splash players version maybe will support FLV playback.
