I am running latest Splashlite player on Win XP Pro Virtual Machine hosted by Parallels Desktop on Mac Mini OS X - Snow Leopard. It playes the media files without displaying the video, the progress bar shows the progress and audio is played. Please help to resolve the video issue of this beautiful player.

HW Config: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz, 4GB 1066 RAM, 320GB HDD, NVidia 320M video.

The hardware acceleration and force video overlay options are disabled, can't change. Is there a way to enable these settings so that I can try on/off scenarios. Screenshot is attached.

Probably problem is your virtual machine. In native windows works fine. Other players have the same problem (VLC etc.)?

No, other players play videos just fine; including windows media player, VLC, and Quicktime. The problem with other players is that they just don't play the AVCHD videos which I recorded using Canon Hi-Def camcorder. Please let me know if you require additional information or any other setting I shall try. Alternatively, Mac OS X release/beta of Splashlite may fix this issue too, is there a release date or link to beta for Mac OS X available?

We are sorry, at the moment we cannot investigate this problem. We will try to address this problem in the future, probably you will need to wait for Mac version of Splash but it is not expected to be available this year.
