What divX codec is known to work with splash lite 1.3?

I have tried a couple Xvid Codecs (1.2.2) and (1.1.3), but they stutter the video.
I have tried offical divX codec (6.9.2), but no video shows, only sound plays.

Where can I find a codec to play videos from my Vupoint solutions camera? I recently tried to use a video camera called the Vupoint solutions DV-DM1-VP to record a video. However upon trying to upload it to my computer using windows movie maker the program said that the codec required to play the video was not found on the system is there anyway I can get this codec I tried the website but that didn't help much. Any programs anyone would recommend for this problem.
