UPDATE on Splash Lite status on this hardware/software system:
The system is an ATI HD3200 chipset (Gigabyte GA-MA78GPM-DS2H with 128MB sideport memory at 1066mhz and an additional 512MB uma added in via bios setting), WinXP Pro x64 Edition (Clean install of xp64sp2 with CD), 8 GB memory (can run at 800mhz at 5-5-5 at 1.8v or 1066 at 5-5-5 at 2.1v), Phenom 9950BE (running at stock speed) and the June 2010 Directx installed.
The ATI 11-2 drivers were installed after a fresh operating system install (along with .net).
Splash Lite 1.6.1 executes (Spash Lite window opens) and I can hear sound but there is no video... just blank.
I uninstalled and installed ATI/AMD motherboard video drivers working backward from 11-2 looking for the newest one that would work. 11-2, 11-1, 10-12, 10-11, 10-10 all had the SAME problem as described above.
AMD version 10-9 is the newest driver version that worked. Splash Lite detected hardware acceleration available. Video shows with or without hardware acceleration in Splash Lite togged ON or OFF.
This should be helpful info for the Splash Lite, WinXP x64, AMD/ATI 3200 motherboard users out there!
