I don't think that Splash PRO supports 4k vids.

Support is not planned for Splash 1.x versions because of licensing issues. Open source players can add freely new codecs etc as they do not pay any patent fees and do not need any licensing and contracts. Ah yes, that makes sense. We have FLV support included in our plans. We collect and note all user suggestions but FLV is not our priority at the moment and I would not expect this in PRO 1.x.x version.
