This is still not resolved in the latest build.
Looks like i'm going to have to say bye bye to splash as i have mpc-hc set up and working a treat now.

ready my earlier post, i was a little to over the top. Apologies for that. The software is not UNUSABLE, it's just most of the use of my HTPC day to day comes from my wife and starting a video and having a great big tool bar across the top of the screen, raises lot's of wife acceptance factor querie...

received a response from my tweet yesterday stating that a major update is incoming, but testing is still needed so no ETA can be given yet.

i'm not expecting one on one dealings, but a lone respnse in their own support forums is not too much to ask. i've paid for a product in good faith. If there's one way to annoy your customers who keep you in business it's to ignore them. it's also a very good way to give those same paying customers ...

It's fair enough if the're a small team, but there is really no excuse these days not to keep your user base informed of what's going on especially as it's a paid product. In the end the apparent lack of development on splashpro and the definate lack of communication will in the end push people to l...

very frustrating that there seems to no communication at all from the devs. not reaponding to tweets either. paid for product that i cannot use or communicate with the devs about = poor customer service indeed!! :cry:

Nearly 3 months with no update.
Any news if anything is in the works?
I really want to use this software but it's still unusable for me. Very frustrating :x
